 Roy Sansbury is the President and owner of Farms &
Estates Realty. With his wife, Rosa, and two sons Bennett and
Wilson, Roy has lived in the area in which the firm concentrates for
over 25 years and is personally familiar with most of the land in Union
and Lancaster counties. He is a licensed broker in both North and
South Carolina. Roy's background is construction, which is a
